Lucia Guaita

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit and international development sectors, I am passionate about driving transformative change through strategic resource mobilization. My career began with grassroots organizations, where I witnessed the power of community-led initiatives in fostering bottom-up sustainable development and nature conservation. Inspired by this, I transitioned into fundraising and acquisition, connecting organizations and donors to co-create impactful solutions.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse regions and cultural contexts, taking various roles that deepened my understanding of the importance of equity and inclusion in building lasting partnerships. At Both ENDS, I look forward to strengthening the organization’s funding base and exploring innovative approaches to resource mobilization. In this role, my vision is to go beyond numbers, forging meaningful connections, aligning values, and building trust among diverse actors. Fundraising is also a powerful tool to amplify the voices of communities striving for ecological justice and resilience, which is at the core of our work at Both ENDS.
