Is it accessible? International Financial Institutions and public disclosure

The mission of development banks such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the recently founded  Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), is investing public money in projects serving the public good, such as agriculture, infrastucture, energy and healthcare.
