Economic Partnership Agreements - still pushing the wrong deal for Africa?

Economic Partnership Agreements with African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries - once celebrated as a new form of partnership between the EU and ACP countries - have been fraught with disagreement. Nine years after the launch of negotiations, many ACP countries are not happy with the deal on the table and only 36 out of the original 76 ACP countries have accepted an EPA.
